HP Envy 6052e, set up went well. got E9 error and lights flashing. I did a driver update everything went well, I can clear the error, but it goes right back to error and wont do anything. I unistalled the printer and restarted the wifi on it. Still will not print

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
An E9 error occurs when a problem occurs during a printer firmware update.

Set up the wireless setup again.

Touch the Information button
.
If the information page prints, the printer is back to normal state.
If the printer fails to print the Information page, it is still in recovery mode and needs to download the firmware again.
NOTE:
During recovery mode, the printer automatically downloads firmware from the cloud. Leave the printer about 2 hours, depending on your network speed, to complete firmware download and update.

I am having the same issue, i have the printer removed and then setup again and again a few times, everytime i try to print via the computer or my phone through the app after setting up the printer, it gives me an error that the printer is not setup completely. I click ok to continue the installation which i had completed already, it clears up, ready to print, and then the same cycle all over again.
Please let me know what I am doing wrong.
