HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Product: HP Envy 6055
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)

My printer will only print pdf files. If I send a office document (excel or word) to print it appears to send it but it will not appear on the printer queue or print it. Notepad? Nope. Print an email from within **bleep**? Nope. Print anything from within ANY browser. NO. I read other forum posts on similar issues and have uninstalled and reinstalled the HP software for this printer several times as well as checked the drivers but to no success. When I run the HP Print and Scan Doctor software everything comes out fine, in fact I can print the test page from that software. When I run the windows Devices and Printers trouble shooter I get the message that this device is working correctly. The computer I am trying to print from is a Dell XPS 8gig RAM, 3 2.0 USB ports Windows 10. I have changed the connection of the printer to everyone of the ports after uninstalling and reinstalling the printer software to no avail. My user account on the laptop has full control permissions on all documents that will not print.
