Our printer has an error saying that the tray is open when it is closed. It was printing and ran out of paper. when I put the paper in I began getting the error message. I have turn it over, used a light to look in. There are no pieces of paper stuck in there and no other items. I am at a complete loss. I have had the printer since 8/20 but I have probably only printed 200 pages. Please help.

@drpamm2020, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I see that you are not able to print due to this issue. Do you have any blinking lights on the printer or error codes?
For now, perform the steps mentioned under 'Light patterns' > Light bar glows amber
