New Envy 6055e connecting to WIFI to new MacBook has multiple failures. Prints one page then disconnects from network. New out of box E-0 print cartridge error. total restart / reinstall same problem occurs. Virtual Assistant freezes.

HP app. no help. Online information repetitive but no help. Lots of pretty videos but no real information. Attempt to connect to agent and 20 minutes later nobody home.

I have been working with many printers since 1982 as school district tech. I have installed and trouble shot hundreds of printers. Easily the most frustrating in years. Taking it back to Target and getting a Canon.
