Last I used my wireless  printer it was fine.  Now, I don't know why, ALL the lights are flashing at the same time.  Its a  HP Envy 6055e!  Help?  Not back on line either.

I understand all the lights on your HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer are flashing simultaneously, this usually indicates a general error. To troubleshoot, follow these steps:
 

1. Restart the Printer

  • Turn off the printer by pressing the Power button.
  • Unplug the power cord from the printer.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back in and turn on the printer.

2. Check for Paper Jams

  • Open the printer and check for any paper that might be jammed inside.
  • Make sure the paper path and paper tray are clear.

3. Reset the Printer

  • Disconnect the power cord from both the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Wait for 3-5 minutes.
  • Reconnect the power cord directly to the wall outlet (avoid power strips or surge protectors) and to the printer.
  • Turn the printer on.

4. Check for Network Issues

  • Ensure the printer is connected to your WiFi. If the printer isn’t back online, it could be a network problem.
  • Restart your router and make sure your WiFi signal is strong.
  • Try re-adding the printer to your WiFi network via the HP Smart app.

5. Update Printer Firmware Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • If the printer connects to your computer, check if a firmware update is available through the HP Smart app. Firmware updates can often resolve issues like these.

6. Factory Reset

If the above steps don’t work, a factory reset might be necessary. Here's how:

  • Hold the Power button to turn off the printer.
  • Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together for 5-10 seconds until the printer restarts.
