My Envy 6055e printer is stuck in copy mode. I have unplugged/replugged numerous times, looked for software updates (there were not available), and also factory reset the printer. It is still stuck in copy mode. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

If your HP Envy 6055e printer is stuck in copy mode and you're unable to exit or switch to another mode, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
Power Cycle the Printer: Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on. This will perform a power cycle and may help reset any temporary issues causing the printer to be stuck in copy mode.
Cancel All Print Jobs: If there are any pending print jobs in the print queue, try canceling them. On your computer, go to the Printers or Devices and Printers section, locate your HP Envy 6055e printer, and check for any print jobs in the queue. Cancel or delete them and see if it allows you to exit copy mode.
Update Printer Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Visit the official HP support website, enter your printer model, and look for firmware updates. If there are any updates, follow the provided instructions to download and install them. Firmware updates can sometimes fix bugs and improve printer performance.
Reset the Printer: Perform a factory reset on your HP Envy 6055e printer. Note that this will reset all printer settings to their default values, so you may need to reconfigure any custom settings. Consult your printer's user manual or the HP support website for instructions on how to perform a factory reset on your specific printer model.
