Product: HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer

printer is just printing blank pages.  It initially worked fine.

If the printer was unused for a longer period ink dries and you get blank pages printed, new ink cartridges will make printer print fine again.

It is true that the printer remains without printing for a long time but how is it possible that it prints test pages and PDFs very well
Does not print from office programs

I replaced cartridges in mine and it still prints blank pages.  Test print will print light blank letters.  Did you find a resolution?
