Product: HP Envy Pro 6430
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

Brand new printer and when the machine auto switches off or I want to turn it off using the power button on the back it does nothing when pressed. I am having to turn off at the mains and repower every time. Surely this shouldn't be happening with a brand new machine. It also got stuck on initialisation several times (left overnight and it was still stuck) until I eventually got it kicked into action by removing and reinserted cartridges. Any help or advice appreciated as HP in the UK has not responded to any of the messages (sent 3 days ago) I have sent to their "anytime" messenger and WhatsApp services.

@aw10387, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

Are you able to power ON the printer using the power button? 

Does this issue occur only when the printer goes into sleep mode?

 

Keep me posted for further assistance.
