Product: HP ENVY 6430e All-in-One Printer

I've turned it off and on again, tried to use the HP diagnostics (it can't see the printer).  It was mid-print when it decided to stop. 

 

The colour copy button is rotating through different colours, the rectangle, i and black copy button are all lit up white.  The middle light is blue. 

 

There is ink and paper in it.  

 

I have turned it off for sixty seconds twice now.
