Printer is connected to the internet - blue solid light, but when I try to print I get this message:

The printer cannot print until it is connected to the internet.  Reconnect your printer to the internet with either Wi-Fi or Ethernet connected to enable printing.

 

I have Rebooted the printer and the router.  I have reset network connections - reconnected to the same wifi as my router.  I have updated firmware and updated drivers.  I have run the print and scan doctor - it said I have a serious problem with my printer but doesn't tell me how to fix it.  HELP ME PLEASE?
