I am trying to set up for the Instant Ink and followed the directions stated.  Unfortunately, like most people, the printer claim code before the "hpeprint.com" states the following:     "Printer code not recognized. Try again."

I understand it registers for 24 to 48 hours, but it still will not recognize and my black ink is gone.  The blue ink prints  "Congratualtions."  At mid-page, it is blank because the black ink is gone.  Although I see my printer code on the screen, it just will not work.

Please advise.

Thanks

Hi,

Tap the ePrint icon icon and select Settings or click the gear icon, then select Remove Web Services.

Now click the HP ePrint icon again and follow the steps to re-enable the service.

The listed address now include a valid claim code, use the part prior @hpeprint.com.

Be aware that the HP Instant Ink cartridges are shipped within 10 days, generally you should enroll once still having ink and any billing only starts once inserting the cartridges...
