Welcome to HP support community.
Follow the below steps to fix the issue.
1) Press the Wireless icon on the printer display to view wireless summary. Locate printer IP address or IPv4 address.
2) Open a web browser on a connected device and type the printer IP address onto the address bar and hit Enter. The EWS information page for the printer opens.
3) Click Settings tab.
4) Click Power Management. Disable Schedule On/Off and change the Energy save mode settings.
5) Click Apply.

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
