Press print and error message comes up saying wrong paper size chosen for job, must be A4. A4 paper already loaded, pull out paper tray and push back and prints ok?

Hello Elohi _NR. Thanks for trying to help but unfortunately it hasn't.  I have checked that my iMac is set up for A4 paper and am using good quality paper, although not HP. The 'firmware' etc is up to date and have only had the printer 2 weeks having bought it new from PCWorld.

I have had the paper tray out and repositioned the paper several times so far. The message is saying it is the wrong size paper for the tray, so I pull the tray out, push it back and everything is fine until the next time. Very frustrating.
