Hi,

 

Our HP Envy Inspire is missing lines when printing and is only 6 months old. I read some of the feeds regarding this and have since tried a factory reset and realigning cartridges and have run the diagnostics report for someone to evaluate (if possible).

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
