Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

I have an ENVY Photo 7155 that is stuck on the loading screen. It shows the HP logo, a status bar that is full and 7 dots underneath. I have looked up this issue and tried the recommendations of unplugging for 60- seconds, unplugging for 60 seconds and holding the power button for 10-15 seconds, unplugging and holding power button and removing ink cartridges, connecting USB cable, updating drivers, updating firmware, diagnostics on HP Smart App as well as HP Print and Scan Doctor. Nothing has worked and it is still stuck on the loading screen and continually says it is offline on HP Smart App and when trying to connect via USB.
