Envy Photo 7155 will not print barcodes or labels with barcodes

Can't print barcodes or labels with barcodes on my ENvy Photot 7155.  It gives me   I get the message "Something Went Wrong".

Is i me or the printer?  Am I missing a setting?  Is the printer capable of printing labels?

The printer likely cannot translate the data into anything it understands.

The best option is to save the item to the computer in the appropriate format for the file type and print the saved data.

For example

Create a Snip of the content on the screen and save the content as a .jpg file (image file).

Open the saved file in software for image / photo files

Print from that software

Firefox provides a "snip" feature -- you must have a Firefox account to use it.

and / or

Save the content into a PDF file on your computer

Open the saved PDF file in Adobe Reader DC

Print the PDF file as an image

Reinstall / Update your PDF Reader (Adobe Reader DC /Optional  Foxit Reader)

• HINT: Watch out for and UNCHECK unwanted extra software
• Adobe Reader DC software should be installed even if you do not open / view / print PDF files directly from the software.

PDF - Print as Image

If the file will not print due to unusual content (odd fonts, color schemes, tables, other oddities), print the file as an Image.  Image printing does not require the printer software to translate file content.

Open the offending PDF file in Adobe Reader DC > File > Print > Advanced >>

1. Set the printer select the colors (Optional)
2. Print the PDF file as an image
