Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

I bought my Envy 7855 about a year and a half ago and have not used it much but now I need too. When I try to print it gives me a error message "Cartridge Problems" I did some trouble shooting; I noticed that when I take the color ink cartridge out it will print. They sent me a new color ink cartridge and it's still giving me the same message. I tried cleaning it and turning it off for 60 sec with no luck. It's been very hard to get any real help regarding this issue which is setting me back so much. If anyone has any thoughts, I would love to hear them. Thanks

I see that you are getting cartridge errors with the color cartridge of your HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-In-One Printer.
