Product: HP Envy Photo 7855

HI,

I too have an HP Envy  Photo 7855 without the initial setup cartridges.

I am trying to override this step since I already bought original HP cartridges but they're not the SETUP ones.

 

Could you please PM the instructions on how to BYPASS this?

As I understand, you're getting an error message while using set up cartridges in your printer. 

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:

 

Have you tried regular ink cartridges? 

 

Step 1: Make sure the ink cartridges are compatible

Step 2: Make sure the ink cartridges are correctly installed

Step 3: Clean the electrical contacts

Step 4: Reset the printer

Step 5: Clean the ink cartridge contacts again
