I was trying to print and printer wasn't responding. I deleted the printer and cannot add it again. The printer touchscreen is frozen on HP logo. No other icons appear. It is a wireless connection but will not connect to WiFi. I have tried to set up the printer again but can't get it to work.

If your HP Envy Photo 7855 printer is frozen on the HP logo and you are unable to connect it to Wi-Fi, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
Perform a Hard Reset:
- Turn off the printer if it’s not already off.
- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the power source.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer and the power source.
- Turn on the printer by pressing the power button.
Check for Firmware Updates:
- Visit the HP Support website and search for your printer model.
- Download and install any available firmware updates.
Perform a Wireless Connection Reset:
- With the printer turned on, go to the setup menu on the printer’s touchscreen.
- Navigate to the network or wireless settings.
- Restore network defaults and follow the prompts to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.
Remove and Reinstall Printer Software:
- On your computer, remove the HP printer software.
- Download the latest drivers and software from the HP Support website for your printer model.
- Install the software and attempt to add the printer again.
Perform a Factory Reset (if applicable and as a last resort):
- Refer to your printer’s manual for instructions on performing a factory reset.
- Be aware that this will erase all custom settings and will restore the printer to default settings.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
