Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have restarted the printer, the computer and the phone multiple times and rlchecked the glass (nothing there).  The printer is constantly unavailable to print,  always restarts in copy mode and never becomes available on my app (android) or my desktop (windows PC).

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
