Product: HP ENVY Pro 6452 All-in-One Printer

Envy Pro 6400 All-In-One printer

I got this printer so I could mostly print from my phone and have not had any issues until now. We had to change our wifi router box a week ago but nothing has changed other than the box itself. I did not even change the connector or passwords. It reconnected with no issues. However, for some reason I can get an information page to print, I can get it to copy, I can print from my phone a text document but it will not print a photo at all now. Just 2 weeks ago I printed photos from this phone to this printer and now it's not working. 

I have unplugged the cord from the printer and the wall and held the power button to drain all power and tried again. 

I have Uninstalled both apps that you just have to have to use this printer and reinstalled. 

Tried printing in different ways, tried printing different pictures. There is a place to turn on/ off to search for 5ghz wifi or 2.4ghz and I tried that but each time I back out it turns back on and no way to save it. 

I'm just lost as to what happened or what to do here. It's silly that something this drastic could happen just by switching out our wifi box. Any ideas?
