macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I just replaced both ink cartridges on the 6455. Now I get E0. I tried unplugging and replugging, but I cannot clear the E 0.

Hi,

E0 error indicate a cartridge problem, see 'Error Codes on the control panel' below:

When you open the cartridge access door, there are two lights to indicate which cartridge is indicated, can you see the right or left light blinking?

 

Are these genuine HP cartridges?

 

What is the installed cartridge number?

The color cartridge light is blinking.

Both are genuine HP cartridges.

both are 67/305.
