Product: HP Envey

I have a HP Envy printer that is hooked up to my home Wi-Fi. I have a Samsung A 50 that i have downloaded the app to be able to print from my phone to my printer and has been working fine for over a year. Now all of a sudden my printer will block my cell phone from printing from the same email that i all ways print from. If I unplug my printer for 3 mins it unblocks my phone. What can i do to stop this from happening again? It doesnt do this to any other devices hooked to this printer.

If its not solved, i recommended to you reinstall the HP smart in your phone and the printer in you home network.
