HP Stream
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I accidentally hit print on a document and it said it was printing from Eprint +Jetadvantage. I don't even know what this is and I have never seen it before on my HP. I don't have any printers hooked up in my house. I clicked on the little printer on the bottom of the screen and cancelled the print job. In the background, a app popped up for Eprint and Jetadvantage and it looked like it was spinning and spinning and not finding any printers (because I don't have any hooked up). I quickly clicked cancel and then removed eprint  + JetAdvantage from my computer.

Did my document get sent somewhere else or to someone else's printer? Is this a printer? I don't remember downloading this or setting up an account with this, so it must have come with my HP stream.

@Abi16

Welcome to HP support community.

Need not to worry, the print job would have got cancelled if you have not connected any printer.

You document is not sent to anyone.

I hope that helps.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
