I have an old Photosmart Premium C310a that I am planning to donate or recycle. Could you please let me know how I can erase all personal information from the printer (including past printed documents and wifi information)? Thanks, Sebastian

I reviewed your post and I understand that want to know how to erase everything from the printer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you perform a factory reset on the printer and it will erase anything from the printer.

 

Here is how it is done.

 

1. Touch Setup.

2. Touch Preferences.

3. Touch factory restore.
