Product: Code erreur qui ne part pas, sur fond bleu. Seul commande, éteindre ou allume.

Bonsoir, 

j’ai une imprimante HP Officejet 9010, après un changement de cartouche jaune via "FranceToner" l’imprimante affiche l’erreur 01B3B8E6 sur fond bleu avec le logo « éteindre » au-dessus, seul commande possible « éteindre ou allume ».

Merci pour votre aide, c’est indispensable pour mon travail.
