Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bonjour,

 

Je possède une ENVY 6030 mise en service il y a 2 semaines.

Aujourd'hui, erreur E3, je suis toutes les consignes de réparation mais rien n'y fait.

J'ai vérifié qu'il n'y avait pas de papier bourré, enlevé et rremis les cartouches, débranché et réinitilisé l'imprimante, l'erreur est toujours là.

Pourriez-vous m'aider?
