Hi Praveenbv,
Thanks for the pm details.
However, neither the printer control panel nor the embedded web server have a Support Menu available to begin the process.
The printer is Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-in-One.
Firmware Version MPM3CN2011AR
Serial Number CN2883QGBT05RQ
Service ID 23009
IK Number 792
Software Version 028.000.1315.000
Printer Driver Version 09.84.00.1173
Please advise.

@Praveenbv,
I was able to access the Support menu to initiate a Partial Reset as suggested after watching a YouTube video that helped me understand how to access the Support Menu.
However, at the third stage of the reset process, it gets stuck in a loop with the same 0x61011bed error, and when I press OK on the touch screen, it re-attempts the third stage and encounters the same error each time.
So, at the moment, I am stuck in the third stage of a Partial Reset with nowhere to go.
What is the next step to end the loop?
If I shut it down and power it back up, it re-initiates the Partial Reset and encounters the same 0x61011bed error at stage 3 again.
