Hello,
Today, when we turned on the HP 5020 Envy printer, we shortly got the error 0xb80fec18 repeatedly. We unplugged and replugged the power cord on both ends, now it's giving us an 0XB81ACC18. After replacing the cartridges, we're getting 0XB80D7C18. After another restart, we got 0XB813CC18. What could be done to fix this?
Thank you.

As I have stated in my original post, I have already unplugged and replugged the cord, and replaced the ink cartridges.
I have also tried updated the firmware, and am unable to perform a factory reset due to the error popping up and interrupting the process.
The issue remains unresolved, and every time, the error code changes, giving a different string of letters and numbers each time.
Update: I was able to race against it and perform a factory reset, but now it can't receive any of the print requests from the computer. The HP Smart app also fails to reconnect with my printer, saying that the printer "must be turned on" when it is. Attemping to print from the HP Smart app says that the printer is in an error state.
Update: An error popped up again.
