I have a problem my printer: on display have a message :" Error: 10.01.11 10.02.11 10.03.11"

Please help me.

10 errors indicate the printer cannot read the chip on the cartridge. Bad cartridge, or cartridge with incompatible chip. Could be damaged board in printer as well.

Thank you for the quick reply. 
The error is related to three color (CMY) cartridges.
These are the cartridges that came with the printer and have yet to be replaced.
Black catridge is ok.
I've read in other forums that HP is admitting a product defect to this printer and replacing it with new.
Is there anything I can do now to print black / white, and maybe there is some way to fix the problem.

You will need to open a case with HP support at support.hp.com to connect with HP and discuss replacement. Unfortunately this device will not function without all cartridges being installed.

I call support to HP.
HP has let me down a lot. The consultant did not give me any support,
I am disappointed, Especially since my printer only printed 1000 pages and it broke,
and the warranty policy of max 12 months per printer is bad, the European Union says 24 months,
I am very disappointed I will never buy HP products and i will stop recommending my clients and my corporation because of 12 month warranty.
