Product: HP ENVY Pro 6432 All-in-One Printer

My HP envy 6400 Pro printer is flashing amber lights at the cartridges, on the right front corner of the printer and saying error 3, but there is no paper jam or obstruction to carriage. The event log says event 74740. I've tried resetting by unplugging and tried restarting the router. I'm subscribed for instant ink. This is driving me crazy. Any help would be appreciated...

I see that you are getting E3 error on your HP Envy 6400 Pro printer.
