Hi @User5383691,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are getting an error code 30 on your  HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200w printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

The printer is in an error state. We need to reset the printer to resolve the issue.

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the power source.
  • Wait 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
