Hi.  I replaced the black ink because was almost empty.  Then, the error 59.c0 came.  Before this change, the printer was working excellent.  I made the recommendation to put each ink and power off it,  but the error persists.  I use another kind of paper to print out but still the paper stuck on the printer.  The new ink is genuine and expensive.  I don't know what else to do.  Please let me know, what I need to do!  Thank you in advance.

If you return the old cartridge into the printer does the error go away? Might be a defective cartridge.

Hi,

If you power on the printer without any of the cartridges installed, do you get the same error or only missing toner message?

Is it HP Toner cartridge installed in the unit?
