Product: HP Officejet Pro 8020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Getting Error 71.02.4A, have tried all the forum suggestions with no resolution. Complete factory reset etc...

It would be nice to know what the error really is to root cause rather than, just buy a new printer.
