Probably need to reset my printer due to Error 75, which I cannot get rid of. How to reset printer?

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.
 

To resolve Error 75 on your HP LaserJet MFP M140we printer, follow these steps:

Soft Reset

Power Off:

  • Turn off the printer using the power button.
  • Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer and the wall outlet.

Wait:

  • Leave the printer unplugged for about 60 seconds.

Reconnect:

  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet first, then into the printer.

Turn On:

  • Press the power button to turn the printer back on.

Factory Reset

If the soft reset doesn't fix the issue:

Access Control Panel:

  • On the printer's control panel, navigate to the Setup or Settings menu.

Restore Factory Defaults:

  • Look for an option such as Restore Factory Defaults or Reset All Settings.

Confirm:

  • Follow the prompts to confirm the reset.

Additional Troubleshooting

If Error 75 persists:

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Inspect the printer for any paper jams or obstructions.

Inspect Toner Cartridge:

  • Ensure the toner cartridge is properly installed and check for any damage.

Update Firmware:

  • Visit the HP support website to check for and install any firmware updates.click here

Check Connections:

  • Ensure all cables are securely connected.
