image_6209779.JPGError code 79 is displayed on the screen and the amber/orange light is flashing. Cant get the printer to go online.  There seems to be a firmware update with a relesease date of May 8, 2024 but that file cant be found. 

I tried power cycling the printer, router even the PC but no avail. At this point what are my options?
