Hello,

My printer is brand new and wont print...
If i look op the error logbook it always says this:

E [06/Nov/2020:20:38:12 +0100] [cups-deviced] PID 16697 (cnybmscp) stopped with status 86!

Can somebody tell me what to do?? That would be realy great! Thank you!!

Hello,

I bought a NEW printer today : HP laser jet pro M15a
But he won't print!
It is NOT a wireless printer, but is connected with usb to my  computer.
It says it is ready on the screen, you can also see the ink statut, but he won't print...
I tried to shut the computer down, restart, installed again, tried different USB enterances, but nothing works 😞
Somebody with the same problem? Or somebody that can help me?
Thank you!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Does the paper jam?

Let's try to reset the Printer here:

Reset the product

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

Let me know if this helps.
