I need solution for error 99.02.20 on ho pagewide 586mfp 

I to try update firmware and replace hdd but not clear this error 

Thx ffor your help

I got the same error on an E58560z printer when I tried to upgrade from FW version 2408071_000199 to 2409058_053350.

Tried to power cycle, power down and unplug for a few minutes, then power back up again.  No joy.
