Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

I have an Envy 7155 printer. What does a blinking blue screen error message mean when there is a code of B3D52BEB (and a crude power button image)? 

 

I have tried unplugging the printer and turning power off and on. Sometimes, the printer is momentarily functional and I can send a print job to it successfully. Then the error returns. Most of the time, the error returns immediately.
