Hey guys,
my printer first shows the HP logo when starting, then after few seconds it turns to the error B80833A2. It comes with a blue screen on the display (Power Button and WLAN shows off). Turning off/on the printer, disconnecting the plug and the cable didn't help. Sometimes the blue error message turn into black/white stripes.
I already searched this error in the forum, but didn't find the exact number.
Can you please help me with this? Thank you.

My Envy 5660 will only get to this error screen once in a few attempts, most of the time it will just black screen to nothing. I am going to continue to try and find a solution prior to just having to throw this away. I really liked this printers functions other than just a printer.

Hi @KaiHawaii,
Welcome to HP Support Community. This is a great place to post questions and find answers.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are getting blue control panel screen issues with your HP All-In-One Printer.
This could be a hardware issue with the unit.
Please follow the steps listed below for product reset:
1. Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
4. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
5. Wait at least 60 seconds.
6. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
7. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
8. Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on. Now check the control panel display.
You may also check the steps in this document.
You may also upgrade the firmware from this link.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Hi,
the product reset didn't help, bluescreen is coming again every restart.
There is no link behind the "document" in your reply.
The firmware update also didn't work, because the printer is not found for update, although I connected the prinbter via usb.
So in the end, no progress made 😞
