Hi,

I did a reset of my printer because it was not recognizing a new device and HP Print and Scan Doctor suggested this solution.

When resetting, it is hung on the printer alignment giving an error screen with a blue background and white lines with the error code B815835A.

I've tried unplugging, waiting and re-plugging it back in, which leads me straight to doing an alignment which throws the same error code.

Could you please suggest how to solve/skip this error?

Hi, I have changed a cartridge almost finished and the printer was able to complete the alignment without giving the error.

Hope this can help you in case of same issue
