Hi everybody,

yesterday I power on my LaserJet Printer and I've found the error C1-2711.
I check the yellow toner and it is correctly installed, i try to remove and reinstall toner but not is changed.

The toners are still the original starter kit.

Here the printer web interface which show the toner cartdrige status.Error.png

Based on your supplies status, the yellow needs to be replaced. Color printers will not operate when one of the colors is empty. Or the chip on the cartridge is damaged. I suggest you contact HP technical support to see if they are replace that cartridge for you under the cartridge warranty.

But I could not find on the HP website how to request support for my printer still under warranty
