Product: Hp m436nda

Hello,

I have an issue on my printer: HP m436nda,

I have changed the image unit by a new original one, but still seeing the C3-1414 error, i have reset all the counters by entering the code: #10034616, but still same problem !! 

Is there any solution please ?
