Hello, i have a blue screen with C4EB8024 displayed. I can't do anything with my printer. I tried to unplug the power cable for 60 seconds after removing the cardrigdes and putting them back and nothing changed. I bought an usb cable to connect the printer directly to my pc, the printer is detected a couple of seconds when I restart it and then disconnected when all the buttons start flashing. so i can't try to update the firmware this way if it was the issue. Is it possible to fully reset the printer? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello @zoey7886, thank you for your answer. Unfortunatelly it hasn't solved my issue. At the end of the first step, still this blue screen and flashsing buttons. I can't access to the control panel so can't do any update. The HP Smart application sees my printer as offline so i can't do anything there too. I check my manual to restore to factory settings and the only ways to update the printer is either with the smart app or the control panel. I haven't seen any button combinations to perform this. Any idea ? Again thanks.
