Error Code 0X00829C98 HW Watchdog C

I'm getting the "Error Code 0X00829C98 HW Watchdog C" on my printer.  It is unresponsive otherwise.  Why is there no information on the HP website concerning this specific error code?  Some of us could fix the problem if we knew what it meant.  If HP was concerned about it's products, it would help it's customers by providing information.  You are selling junk products.
