Product: OfficeJet 5258 All-In-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My OfficeJet 5258 All-In-One printer keeps giving me the Error Code 0XB3D78A2B.  I have tried resetting the printer, uninstalling and reinstalling the software on my laptop, reinstalling the printer cartridges, etc.  But the error code keeps coming back.  I can't seem to find a customer service phone number to call HP and I have tried all of the recommendations to fix the error on the website with no resolution.  Can anyone please help?
