Product: HP Officejet 4635

Hello I am receiving Error code OXB8000574 on my HP office jet 4635 printer. Power button is blinking. The printer will not turn on unless it is unplugged and the plugged back in. Whenever I plug it back in it automatically displays a new error code. next one is 0XB8000530. 

Thank you for any assistance.
