When printer boots up it simply performs some kind of short boot check and then comes up with 'error code 0xb932cdee' - nothing else can be done. it sounds like there is a tiny activity ongoing at the printer head connection to the ink cartridges.

Booting up clean after full power cycle (removing every connection) and then booting up with NO connections other than power. This is not a WIN issue as it is sitting here with zero connections

I understand that you are getting an 0xb932cdee error, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
