Starting my printer after 2 months of no action, I received a error code : 0xc19a0002 and after some resets, a code 0xc19a0020 ... and whatever I tried, I could not get my printer to work. It is a bit too much because, the reason because I tried tu use that printer is because this morning a brought my other printer HP OfficeJet Pro9014e to get it repaired with the same error code 0002 !!!!  so now I'm mad ! Thank you fro support. Alain

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting 0xc19a0020 and 0xc19a0020 errors on both of your printers, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you two private messages with the steps to reset both the printers. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
