Product: HP photosmart premium CN503a

Hi I keep getting a error message 0xc19a0040 and clear paper jam. I’ve checked there is no paper stuck inside from what I can see, I’ve rest the printer a few times removed the ink cartridge and it’s still not working. It was working just find the day before. Any suggestions??

If you have already performed the steps from the document  '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
